Payment

Design Files and Intellectual Property

Your Designs

By uploading designs to our platform, you represent and warrant that:

• Your designs do not infringe on any third-party rights
• Your designs do not violate any laws or regulations
• You grant us permission to reproduce your designs for order fulfillment

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse to print designs that contain:

• Copyrighted or trademarked material without authorization
• Illegal, obscene, or offensive content
• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Content that promotes violence or illegal activities

File Storage

We may retain your design files for order fulfillment and future reprints. We do not claim ownership of your designs and will not use them for any purpose other than fulfilling your orders.

Production and Shipping

Production Time

Production times are estimates and may vary. We will make reasonable efforts to meet stated timelines but are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers. We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or customs issues. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Approved Orders: Custom orders that have been approved cannot be cancelled or refunded
• Defects: We will replace or refund orders with printing defects or damage
• Errors: If we made an error in your order, we will reprint at no charge
• Design Issues: We are not responsible for design quality issues that were present in your approved proof

Claims must be made within 30 days of delivery. Contact us with photos of any defects.

Quality and Color Matching

We strive for the highest quality, but please note:

• Colors may vary slightly from screen to print due to monitor settings
• Material textures may affect color appearance
• We use industry-standard color profiles but cannot guarantee exact matches
• Digital proofs are for layout and design verification, not exact color matching

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We are not liable for business losses, lost profits, or business interruption
• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Legendary Prints harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights through your uploaded designs.
